【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesatestmethodforthedeterminationofhydrocarbons,chlorocarbonsandpartiallyorcompletelysubstitutedhalocarbonsorhalohydrocarbonscontainedasimpuritiesinuraniumhexafluoride(UF6)byinfrared(IR)spectrometry.ThismethodcannotbeusedforcompoundsgivingIRrayswithinterferencebyUF6(forexampleCF4).Thetestmethodisquantitativeandapplicableinthemolefractionfrom0,0001%or0,0010%,dependingonthetypeofimpurity,upto0,100%.Thetestmethodcanalsobeusedforthedeterminationofhydrofluoricacid(HF)andseveralelementsexistingasfluorides;boroninBF3,siliconinSiF4,phosphorusinPF5,molybdenuminMoF6andtungsteninWF6.
