【摘要】:ThispartofISO898specifiesmechanicalandphysicalpropertiesofbolts,screwsandstudsmadeofcarbonsteelandalloysteelwhentestedatanambienttemperaturerangeof10°Cto35°C.Fasteners—thetermusedwhenbolts,screwsandstudsareconsideredalltogether—thatconformtotherequirementsofthispartofISO898areevaluatedatthatambienttemperaturerange.Theymightnotretainthespecifiedmechanicalandphysicalpropertiesatelevatedtemperatures(seeAnnexB)and/orlowertemperatures.NOTE1FastenersconformingtotherequirementsofthispartofISO898areusedinapplicationsrangingfrom?50°Cto+150°C.Usersareadvisedtoconsultanexperiencedfastenermetallurgistfortemperaturesoutsidetherangeof?50°Cto+150°Canduptoamaximumtemperatureof+300°Cwhendeterminingappropriatechoicesforagivenapplication.NOTE2Informationfortheselectionandapplicationofsteelsforuseatlowerandelevatedtemperaturesisgiven,forexample,inEN10269,ASTMF2281andinASTMA320/A320M.CertainfastenersmightnotfulfilthetensileortorsionalrequirementsofthispartofISO898-1becausethegeometryoftheirheadsreducestheshearareaintheheadcomparedtothestressareainthethread.Theseincludefastenershavingalowhead,withorwithoutexternaldrivingfeature,alowroundorcylindricalheadwithinternaldrivingfeatureoracountersunkheadwithinternaldrivingfeature(see8.2).ThispartofISO898isapplicabletobolts,screwsandstudsa)madeofcarbonsteeloralloysteel,b)havingtriangularISOmetricscrewthreadaccordingtoISO68-1,c)withcoarsepitchthreadM1,6toM39,andfinepitchthreadM8×1toM39×3,d)withdiameter/pitchcombinationsaccordingtoISO261andISO262,e)havingthreadtolerancesaccordingtoISO965-1,ISO965-2andISO965-4.Itisnotapplicabletosetscrewsandsimilarthreadedfastenersnotundertensilestresses(seeISO898-5).Itdoesnotspecifyrequirementsforsuchpropertiesas-weldability,-corrosionresistance,-resistancetoshearstress,-torque/clampforceperformance,or-fatigueresistance.
