【摘要】:ISO19106:2004isintendedtodefinetheconceptofaprofileoftheISOgeographicinformationstandardsdevelopedbyISO/TC211andtoprovideguidanceforthecreationofsuchprofiles.OnlythosecomponentsofspecificationsthatmeetthedefinitionofaprofilecontainedhereincanbeestablishedandmanagedthroughthemechanismsdescribedinthisInternationalStandard.TheseprofilescanbestandardizedinternationallyusingtheISOstandardizationprocess.Thisdocumentalsoprovidesguidanceforestablishing,managing,andstandardizingatthenationallevel(orinsomeotherforum).
