【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyandwaterconsumptionofrackconveyor,commercialdishwashingmachines,hereafterreferredtoasdishwashers.Dishwashersmayhaveremoteorself-containedboosterheater.Thisproceduredoesnotaddresscleaningorsanitizingperformance.Thistestmethodisapplicabletobothhotwatersanitizingandchemicalsanitizingrackconveyormachines,whichincludebothsingletankandmultipletankmachines.Dishwashertankheatersareevaluatedseparatelyfromtheboosterheater.Thefollowingproceduresareincludedinthistestmethod:ProcedurestoConfirmDishwasherisOperatingProperlyPriortoPerformanceTestingMaximumenergyinputrateofthetankheaters.Maximumenergyinputrateoftheboosterheater,ifapplicable.Finalsanitizingrinsewaterconsumptioncalibration.Boostertemperaturecalibration,ifapplicable.Washtanktemperaturecalibration.Washtankpumpandconveyormotorcalibration.EnergyUsageandCycleRatePerformanceTestsWashingenergyperformancetest.Tankheateridleenergyrate.Boosteridleenergyrate,ifprovided.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
